At Aizura Pixel, all of our products are digital and are delivered electronically. We do not ship any physical products.
Delivery Method
Once your payment is successfully completed, your digital product will be delivered through one of the following methods:
* Instant download on the order confirmation page, if applicable
* Download link sent to your email address
* Access provided through your customer account or a secure delivery method, depending on the product
Delivery Time
Most digital products are delivered immediately after successful payment confirmation. In some cases, delivery may take a few minutes depending on payment verification or technical processing.
For custom or made-to-order digital products, delivery timelines will be clearly mentioned on the product page or agreed upon with the customer before purchase.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a valid and active email address at checkout. Aizura Pixel is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by incorrect email information provided by the customer.
Download Issues
If you do not receive your digital product within a reasonable time after payment, please contact us at our support email with your order details, and we will assist you as soon as possible.
No Physical Shipping
Since all products sold on Aizura Pixel are digital, no physical shipping, courier delivery, or postal service is involved.
